We are looking for an assistant coach to join our club. The team consists of internationals from various countries around the world and is currently lead by a Head coach. In your role as Assistant coach, you will have a supporting responsibility for the team. Your primary focus will be assisting the head coach in planning and running the training and games. Your work tasks will consist of acting as the head coach’s right hand, where for example, during trainings, you will have to be able to convey the training exercises the head coach sets out. You will also help the players during training sessions and manage small groups when the exercises are divided up. The trainings take place at Valby (15 min from Central Station) on Mondays & Wednesdays at 20-22 and Fridays at 18.30-20.00. Additionally, there are matches at the weekends but occasionally during the week, and you are also required to assist. Overall, you must contribute to the players’ well-being.

Your profile:
• You do not necessarily have coaching experience but have football knowledge.
• You are professional and have a positive attitude – it is important that you radiate commitment and positivity to the players.
• You are patient and understanding – it is important that your players dare to go to you as a coach if they do not thrive and that they experience that they are listened to and taken seriously.
• You are a good communicator – it is important that you as a coach can convey exercises to people from different nationalities and backgrounds. The official team language is English.
• You have the necessary time to train and attend the matches.
